Q. Shipping & Delivery?

  • At Diapers Direct, we’re committed to giving you the most for your money. That’s why orders over SGD$ 60 ships for free!
  • Additional charges for urgent delivery request and delivery to Sentosa.
  • Delivery service is not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin.
  • No COD service provided. 
  • Please note that items normally arrive 2-4 working days after payment. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines are based on shipping estimates provided by our delivery partners ( 9am - 10pm). We are unable to offer or arrange scheduled deliveries at this moment (No on-time delivery service provided).
  • Customers will receive a notification by SMS from us or the 3PL logistic company after an order is placed.
  • We only offer one-time free delivery per order. If you miss the delivery or inaccurate shipping info provided, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers need to self-collect or bear additional fees for a re-delivery attempt. Please make sure you are contactable through the contact (local) number that you provide on our order forms.
  • Please note that we cannot control or be liable for circumstances beyond our control that could affect delivery. (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters and incorrect shipping address or contact number provided by customer)
  • Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur surcharge. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance.
  • Due to a shortage of logistic manpower & annual sales campaign period in Singapore, kindly expect some slight delay in pick up and delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we thank you for your kind understanding 😁.


Q. Store Pickup?


  • Store pick up order is ready for pickup within 2 hours after payment completed, except weekends and PH.
  • Please provide order number when you reached the doorstep of our office.
  • Pickup at 196 Pandan Loop, #07-02, Pantech Business Hub, Singapore 128384.
  • Pickup available hours between 11am to 5pm (Monday - Friday).
  • Store pickup order has to be collected within a month after payment. Otherwise, the order will be closed and No refundable.
  • You can call at 6100 3427 on arrival or if you have any question on it.
