Q. About Delivery?
Due to the increasing cost of in-time courier service in Singapore, we are no longer provide specified time period delivery service. Customer is no longer be informed the exact delivery time slot in advance.
Upon successful purchase of the products, it will take around 2-4 working days to deliver the items to your address.
Customer will receive an email and SMS with the tracking information of your parcel once your order has been processed. You are able to track your parcel through the link which is provided on SMS or your email.
Each outsourcing courier company only offers twice attempt for delivery. Courier service do not charge for re-delivery once only. If you miss the re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to our office and you need to self-collect it from our office or pay extra for delivery.
Order processing and shipping out are done within 24 hours (not including weekend and Singapore public holidays).
Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
Shipping address, contact number and email address have to be accurate. Especially shipping address and contactable phone number because they are unable to be changed once the parcel be shipped out.
