Q. Shipping & Delivery?
- At Diapers Direct, we’re committed to giving you the most for your money. That’s why orders over SGD$ 60 ships for free!
- Please note that items normally arrive 2-4 working days after payment. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery timelines are based on shipping estimates provided by our delivery partners (9 am - 9 pm). We are unable to offer or arrange scheduled deliveries at this moment.
- Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation by SMS which will include the estimated delivery date, after an order is placed.
- We only offer one-time free delivery per order. If you miss the delivery, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers need to self-collect or bear additional fees for a re-delivery attempt. Please make sure you are contactable through the contact number that you provide on our order forms.
- Please note that we cannot control or be liable for circumstances beyond our control that could affect delivery. (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters and incorrect shipping address or contact number provided by customer)
- Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur surcharge. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance.
Q. Store Pickup?
- Order is ready for pickup in 2 hours after payment completed.
- Please provide order number when you reached the doorstep of our office.
- Pickup at No. 10 Ubi Crescent #02-23, Ubi Techpark lobby B, S 408564.
- Pickup available hours between 11am to 4pm (Monday - Friday).
