Q. Shipping & Delivery?

  • At Diapers Direct, we’re committed to giving you the most for your money. That’s why orders over SGD$ 60 ships for free!
  • Please note that items normally arrive 2-4 working days after payment. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines are based on shipping estimates provided by our delivery partners. We are unable to offer or arrange scheduled deliveries at this moment.
  • Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation by SMS which will include the estimated delivery date, after an order is placed.
  • We only offer one-time free delivery per order. If you miss the delivery, the parcel will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers need to self-collect or bear additional fees for a re-delivery attempt. Please make sure you are contactable through the contact number that you provide on our order forms.
  • Please note that we cannot control or be liable for circumstances beyond our control that could affect delivery. (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters and incorrect shipping address or contact number provided by customer)
  • Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur surcharge. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance.
